Ann Marie Daly
Secretary
Known in the chatrooms as SpeargunAnnie, Ann Marie is originally from North Dakota (yes, really!)  She and her husband Ed own and operate Daly’s Dock & Dive Center in Port St Joe, FL.  A PADI Rescue Diver and annual attendee at DEMA, Ann Marie is the central contact for the Gulf County Project.

Bill Kennedy
President
An expert angler, passionate boater, and avid diver, Bill has been involved in Gulf County reefing projects for over a decade and brings his engineering expertise to the team.  Sandy Reef, one of his accomplishments, is even named for his wife!  Bill co-owns Preble-Rish Consulting Engineers, Inc.

Dewey Blaylock
Treasurer

As a yacht-broker with Galati Yacht Sales’ Port St Joe office, Dewey knows the importance of reefing, and he knows that fishermen need a big shipwreck to help fish populations.  Organizer of  numerous area fishing tournaments, Dewey and his wife, Patti, also own and operate Sunset Coastal Grill (bring in your catch and they’ll cook it up just like you want!).

Corbett Howell
Liaison

Corbett has taught diving in and around Gulf County for over 25 years.  As a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, he also trains the Gulf County Search & Rescue Dive Team where he serves as Commander. His wife Liz, a retired educator from Gulf County Public Schools, does her part by reminding Corbett that reefs also serve as educational tools, not just great places to shoot fish!
